The flat construction and solid gliding shoes allow for smooth pushing/pulling on multiple surfaces, even on rubber floors. The sled offers a storage for your existing bumpers plates or olympic plates. That gives the sled more weight for a more intense workout. The sled has two types of different handles for pushing exercises and pull attachments to use with a harness (sold separetly).
